What’s Included
You get a 90-minute 1:1 Zoom session with a pre-session intake form so we hit the ground running. The session is recorded so you can refer back to it. Afterwards I send you a Google Doc with session notes, solutions, and a clear action plan. If your session focused on process mapping you also get a completed workflow or SOP document. And you have seven days of follow-up voice message support after we wrap up.
A Note on Scope
The Fix is where we think through your problems together and if you need me to jump into your system live and sort something out on the spot, we do that too.
