When the sticky tech questions come up, when you hit a wall, when you are not sure what to prioritize next, I am there. We work through it together, make a plan, and keep moving forward so your technology actually gets implemented and your operations actually get built. Think of it as having me alongside you for the messy middle of getting it all done.
What This Looks Like Each Month
You get two 60-minute working sessions per month plus async voice message support between sessions Monday to Friday so you are never stuck waiting for answers. We keep a clear priority plan so we always know what we are working on and what is coming next. I provide tech guidance, troubleshooting, and implementation support as things come up and help make sense of the overwhelm by turning it into a clear, manageable path forward.

How It Works
We kick off with a 90-minute session to get clear on where you are, what you are building, and what we are going to tackle together. Then we get to work. Month by month, session by session, we keep things moving forward.Minimum commitment is three months. You can cancel with one month notice after that. And here is something I want you to know. As much as I love working with my retainer clients, nothing makes me happier than the moment you do not need me anymore. I love to come in, get the problems solved, get you set up, and let you run your business. Bring me in, get it done, and let me go — in the best way.

Founding rate $597 per month, regular price $797 per month. Minimum three month commitment.
