We create SOPs and workflows through the Cupcake Method so your processes are documented and repeatable. We get clear on the full scope of your technology needs across your whole business. I research options, attend demos, and talk to support teams on your behalf between our sessions so you are not doing that alone. And we build a clear plan for what gets implemented, in what order, and how.
What’s Included
You get multiple 1:1 working sessions over four weeks with the number and focus of each session custom based on what your business needs. Between sessions I am working too, reviewing notes, researching tech options, attending demos, and building out your SOPs and workflows so you are not waiting on anything. Every call is recorded. I send you a Google Doc with full session notes, workflows, SOPs, and your complete implementation plan as we go. And you get seven days of follow-up voice message support after our final session.

Once we have designed everything together you will have a complete roadmap ready to build from.
