Your Ops Partner

Strategic operational leadership embedded in your business so your projects actually get done and your team actually knows how to run them.

Most growing businesses have the same problem. There are too many systems, too many moving parts, and nobody who holds the full picture across all of them.Your sales platform does not talk to your CRM. Your CRM does not connect to your task manager. Your team manages client communication in one place, internal projects in another, and somehow things still end up in email threads that nobody can find. Everyone is doing their best but without someone who understands how it all connects and can lead the work of pulling it together, nothing really changes. That is the gap I fill. As Your Ops Partner I come in as your strategic lead and project manager for operational change. I bring the expertise to know what good looks like, the systems knowledge to see how everything connects, and the project management skills to keep your team moving forward and actually completing the work. I am not here to do it all for you. I am here to lead it, building your team's confidence and competence along the way so that when our work together is done, they can run it themselves.

What This Actually Looks Like

I show up to your weekly team meetings as the operational point person, the one who holds the full picture across every system in your business. I identify what needs to change, design the solution, and project manage the rollout so nothing stalls or gets dropped. When the team gets stuck I jump in. When a process needs to be created we build it together. When new technology comes in I lead the transition so the team is supported through the change rather than overwhelmed by it. Between meetings I am researching, planning, and preparing so every session moves things forward. The goal is always the same. A team that knows how to run their systems, a business that operates without everything funnelling back to you, and operations that are strong enough to support your growth.

The Impact

When your operations are led well, everything else gets better. Your team works with more clarity and confidence. Your client experience improves because nothing falls through the cracks. Your service delivery gets more consistent because your processes are documented and followed. And your business becomes something that can actually grow without you having to be everywhere at once. This is not just an operations investment. It is a growth investment.

This Is For You If…

You have a growing business and nobody is holding the full operational picture across all your systems. You have tried to implement changes and things keep stalling because there is no one leading the project. Your team is capable but needs someone to guide them through change without overwhelming them. You want someone who will build your team's competence and not create dependency. You are ready to invest in getting your operations properly led so your business can grow without the chaos.

Before We Begin

Every engagement starts with getting to know you and how you naturally operate. Before our first working session you will complete my Zone of Genius Workbook and a series of personality assessments. Understanding how you think, how you lead, and where your zone of genius lives means everything we design together is built around you and not just what looks good on paper. Human first. Process second. Technology third. Always.

What Is Included Each Month

I attend your weekly team meetings as your operational point person and keep strategic project management moving so your team stays accountable and your operational projects actually get completed. I create and document processes as we go and lead new system and technology rollouts so your team embraces change rather than resisting it. I provide one-on-one team support when people get stuck plus research and planning between sessions so nothing wastes time. Async support is available Monday to Friday and every month we do a strategic review of progress, priorities, and next steps.

What a Typical Month Looks Like

One to two hours of weekly team meetings adds up to four to eight hours per month. One to two hours of planning, research, and between-session work each week adds up to another four to eight hours per month. In total you are getting approximately 16 to 24 hours of embedded operational leadership every month. Minimum commitment is three months. Cancel with one month notice after that.

Investment

$2,500 per month. Maximum two to three clients at a time — this engagement requires genuine weekly presence and strategic depth and I protect the quality of that for every client.

What Clients Are Saying

“Nicole is a wizard at helping optimize your business workflows. I can easily refer people to my website for my services and everything starts with a click of a button. I don't have to think about following up or responding with emails. All of these things happen without input from me and that feels incredible.”
